When warranty repairs are needed, the Pilatus Authorized Service Center which maintains your aircraft will deal directly with Pilatus. Warranty administration - operating online and in real time - provides pre-approval on routine repairs, relieving the need to file complicated claims. Average time to process all PC-12 warranty claims is less than 2 weeks.
In addition, we track and analyse warranty data to identify reliability "hot spots." This data influences future airplane design, and, most importantly, helps us to best support the PC-12s currently in the field.
