Each new PC-12 NG comes with one of the strongest new aircraft warranties in the industry.  The comprehensive Warranty Plan provides coverage for:

  • 7 year / 5000 Hour Airframe Structural Warranty
  • 2 Year / 2000 Hour System Warranty for vendor items, systems, components, accessories, exterior paint and interior furnishings
  • 5 year / 2500 Hour PT6A-67P engine by Pratt & Whitney Canada
  • 2 year / 2500 Hour Propeller by Hartzell
  • 3 year avionics by Honeywell

The PC-12 warranty process is designed to be seamless and worry-free for our customers. When warranty repairs are needed, the Pilatus Authorized Service Center which maintains your aircraft will deal directly with Pilatus. Warranty administration - operating online and in real time - provides pre-approval on routine repairs, relieving the need to file complicated claims. Average time to process all PC-12 warranty claims is less than 2 weeks.

In addition, we track and analyse warranty data to identify reliability "hot spots." This data influences future airplane design, and, most importantly, helps us to best support the PC-12s currently in the field.
