Parts Sales Representative

What you do:

  • Serves as primary contact for Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers for all parts requirements
  • Maintains current status of accounts to include open backorders, information flow, and special issues
  • Processes price quotes, sales orders, and price and availability requests from customers
  • Tracks customer backorders and works closely with procurement to prioritize customers' needs
  • Enters sales order invoices and ensures accuracy of part pricing, core charges, core due dates, freight tracking and charges
  • Researches parts using the IPC, CMMs, or other resources

What you bring:

  • Two years customer service experience in aircraft part sales or equivalent
  • Previous Pilatus experience and/or familiarity with industry requirements a plus
  • Proficiency in general computer use and MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plus
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.15
