What you do

  • Resolution of customer driven engineering issues in the electrical & avionic engineering domain, including: organise and lead technical investigations, processing of customer queries, technical liaison with external suppliers of systems and equipment as well as technical liaison with Pilatus internal engineering departments
  • Management of engineering projects, including changes to type design
  • In-flight data processing
  • Publications maintenance

What you bring

  • At least 10 years' experience in on-aircraft electrical/avionics systems repairs and troubleshooting, or University Degree or equivalent in aerospace or electrical engineering, with 5 years' aerospace experience, preferably in a customer support environment
  • Customer liaison experience and experience in dealing with military customers is advantageous
  • Engineering project management experience is an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel internationally
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (min. C1) is important, a working knowledge of German language is an advantage
