Service Center / Customer Liaison

Pilatus is hiring a Service Center / Customer Liaison to join our award-winning Customer Service team. In this position, you will serve as a liaison between Pilatus, customers, and Service Centers to ensure Pilatus Class support. This specialized work requires above average attention to detail while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. You must be comfortable in making decisions and possess strong follow-through on delegated tasks including administering Pilatus Class Support Agreements, Policies and Procedures (PCSA) and management of Pilatus warranty claims. What you do

  • Act as a liaison with Service Center personnel and other Pilatus departments to administer warranty and CrystalCare support programs
  • Activate Warranty and CrystalCare coverage for new aircraft (Pilatus and all vendors)
  • Review, process, and reconcile warranty claims in a timely manner in accordance with applicable policies and Rules of Authority
  • Prepare monthly CrystalCare invoices to customers and ensure ontime payments
  • Review and reconcile CrystalCare contracts on annual basis
  • Coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex, non-technical customer service inquiries
  • Document and communicate best practices to improve overall Pilatus Class support
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measurement of Service Center compliance with PCSA
  • Monitor Service Center compliance with PCSA and report status to Director Customer Relations
  • Provide procedural training to Service Centers and direct customers when necessary

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of customer operations experience in aviation
  • Professional manner and excellent communication skills essential
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills required
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage, assign, and track multiple tasks in a fast paced demanding environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor with the team and customers
  • Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
  • Knowledge of Quantum is preferred
  • Ability to travel (less than 25%), both domestically and internationally and full COVID-19 vaccination required
