Business Support Coordinator

Pilatus is hiring a Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will assist Business Support in ensuring the required internal and external aircraft sale documents are executed, delivered, and maintained according to company policies and procedures. You will also assist the CEO, CFO, and Business Support managers in projects and tasks that require additional resources in order to meet company goals. You will be the point of contact for Pilatus Centers for information regarding aircraft contract and sale documents. What you do

  • Compiles and analyzes data, prepares reports, assists in budget process, and performs other professional and technical duties as assigned
  • Prepares aircraft purchase agreements, bill of sale documents, invoices, and other aircraft sale-related documents for purchase, sale and delivery of aircraft
  • Interacts with internal departments and Pilatus Centers for aircraft document related requests
  • Updates sales order backlog tracking spreadsheet and maintains dealer and aircraft files
  • Assists CFO and CEO for special projects and other administrative requirements
  • Assists the Business Support group with various projects and administration support when needed
  • Assists with special projects as assigned by CEO, CFO, and other Business Support managers
  • Helps prepare and submit expense reports for CEO & CFO
  • Assists with planning for various company events and travel for Pilatus Group employees on occasion
  • Assists at Front Desk to greet visitors, answer phones on occasion and monitor office supplies
  • Assists with the Business Support Apprentice in completing their program
  • Assists other departments with aircraft purchase, sale and delivery tasks

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a combination of relevant education and experience
  • Must be proactive in identifying and suggesting process improvements
  • Comfortable working within several different teams to accomplish projects
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and demonstrated willingness to work in a support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
