Your Tasks
- Planning, managing, executing and coordinating complex government customer projects for supplying and/or upgrading Ground Based Training Systems
- Managing project teams with a matrix setup within technical, engineering, purchasing, legal and logistics departments
- Supervising external suppliers and integrators
- Conducting Customer meetings and acceptance events in house and at Customer facilities
- Contributing to continuous improvement of department and inter-department organization and processes
- Assisting Customer Liaison team in bidding for changes on existing contracts and/or new contracts
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or similar
- Practical experience in management of complex projects
- Technical background in military Ground Based Training Systems
- Direct Experience with Pilatus PC-21 GBTS or similar products is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), German is nice to have
- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility, organisational and communication skills
