Your Tasks
  • Lead sales activities for PC-24 and PC-12 to direct customers and authorized Pilatus Sales Centers across EMEA and Asia
  • Lead the Stans Business Aviation Sales Team, including 6 employees across various roles
  • Identify and develop new sales strategies and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized Pilatus Sales Centers
  • Close collaboration with Product- and Program Management
  • Oversee sales administration (purchase agreements, center agreements, contractual conditions)

  • Proven experience and successful track record in Business Aviation Sales with a strong industry network
  • Strong customer focus to meet highest customer expectations
  • Result driven organisational talent with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to lead, motivate a team, and maintain focus on key objectives
  • Technical background or passion for technology
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
