Your Tasks
- Lead sales activities for PC-24 and PC-12 to direct customers and authorized Pilatus Sales Centers across EMEA and Asia
- Lead the Stans Business Aviation Sales Team, including 6 employees across various roles
- Identify and develop new sales strategies and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized Pilatus Sales Centers
- Close collaboration with Product- and Program Management
- Oversee sales administration (purchase agreements, center agreements, contractual conditions)

- Proven experience and successful track record in Business Aviation Sales with a strong industry network
- Strong customer focus to meet highest customer expectations
- Result driven organisational talent with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to lead, motivate a team, and maintain focus on key objectives
- Technical background or passion for technology
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus
