Your Tasks
  • Monitoring and requesting order confirmations
  • Proavtice monitoring of delivery dates
  • Perparing for and/or participating in supplier meetings
  • Being in contact with Suppliers/ RMA requests/ return information/ supporting communication between Quality and Supplier
  • Processing invoices in cooperation with the accounting department
  • Processing and supporting Quality processes
With this you convince us
  • Basic commercial or technical training or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
  • Written and spoken German (B2) and English (C1)
  • Technical SAP knowledge in the MM module is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
