Your Tasks
- Personnel and functional leadership of the Program Integration team, including the two functional groups Program Engineering and Program Execution
- Serving as the key interface between Engineering (Design Organization, DO) and Operations (Production Organization, PO) for all program- and configuration-relevant aspects
- Ensuring technical (DO/PO) and organisational program integration across all relevant units
- Ensuring a structured and aligned configuration and change management process between Design and Production
- Further development of the Program Engineering group (technical integration, configuration management, change processes) as well as the Program Execution group (major modification and upgrade projects)
- End-to-end responsibility, coordination and oversight of the implementation of major modification and upgrade projects with respect to schedule, quality and cost
With this you convince us
- Technical education with further qualification at FH level or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the aviation industry
- Experience in Engineering, Production and Project Management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Teamcenter is desired
- Solid understanding of configuration management is an asset
- Excellent command of written and spoken German; English at C1 level
- Independent, strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving
