Your Tasks
- Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement new materials, technologies and processes
- Lead materials and process projects in Surface Treatments and organic Coatings
- Ensure compliance of materials and processes with environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
- Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
- Conduct and coordinate material failure analyses and support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in materials and process topics
With this you convince us
- MSc degree in Materials Science or Materials Engineering
- Demonstrate strong expertise in materials and related processes in Surface Treatment and Coating
- Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
- Apply analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges
- Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target-oriented mindset
- Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
