Your Tasks
- Manage the Production workforce by ensuring adequate staffing levels, coordinating required training, and overseeing internal mobility aligned with operational needs.
- Mediate employee issues and provide solutions to enhance workplace harmony. Serve as a resource for both employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating communication. Oversee the area's work environment, analyze and manage absenteeism, and coordinate actions with Occupational Health & Safety and the Medical Service.
- You will oversee the development and implementation of trainings and employee development programs
- Coordination of the production employees' schedules, holidays and clockings. You will monitor and measure existing procedures and policies, as well as proposing and introducing new ones.
- Ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Coordinate all labor?management activities across their full scope, ensuring effective use and analysis of HR KPIs, as well as compliance with GDPR and internal policies
- Being an ambassador of Pilatus and spreading our culture and values, acting as HR contact person being close, visible and credible on the shop floor.

- Experience managing production teams.
- HR development, training, working climate and negotiation experience.
- Labor Law knowledge.
- Being a proactive, problem-solving, hands-on professional
- Experience as HRBP in the aeronautic sector. Knowledge of the ?Convenio del Metal" will be highly appreciated
- A fluent English level (C1 aprox) is a must
