Your Tasks
- Operational procurement including SAP data maintenance, order processing, deadline tracking, and invoice verification
- Procurement of components, materials, investments, and services including quotation analysis and negotiations for aircraft and simulator projects
- Ensuring material availability through deadline monitoring and escalation management
- Processing quality notifications, supplier change requests, and problem reports
- Responsibility for coordinating all operational procurement-related processes within the project team
- Participation in projects to optimize procurement processes as well as conducting market analyses
With this you convince us
- Commercial or technical basic education with further training in procurement
- Several years of professional experience in operational or strategic procurement
- SAP knowledge in the MM module as well as strong MS Office skills
- Very good English skills at C1 level and German skills at B2 level, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, and resilient working style with strong cost and quality awareness
- Team-oriented demeanor, audience-appropriate communication skills, and assertiveness in the supplier environment
