Customer Support Engineer

Our Customer Engineering Support PC-24 department has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Engineer.

Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland

What you do:

  • Engineering assistance on all electrical/avionic related issues to the customer support groups in troubleshooting of complex cases
  • Engineering support for all power plant (FADEC) related issues for the PC-24 fleet
  • Analysis and resolution of technical issues in the fleet including preparation and introduction of modifications/design changes
  • Analysis and resolution of airworthiness/flight safety related occurrences
  • Technical liaison with suppliers

What you bring:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent education) in electrical or aeronautical engineering
  • At least five years' experience in aerospace industry in the field
  • Sound knowledge of modern power plant systems is an advantage (i.e. FADEC assisted power plant systems)
  • Familiarity with certification requirements (FAR 23, CS 23)
  • Fluent in English spoken/written (min. C1), German knowledge as an advantage
