Parts Sales and Services Administrator

Pilatus is hiring a Parts Sales and Service Administrator to join our customer service team in Broomfield, CO. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders from Pilatus Service Centers and direct customers to meet their parts requirements. The ability to provide technical information and answer complex questions in response to inquiries on our market-leading PC-12 NGX and PC-24 aircraft parts is key to the success of this position. What you do

  • Create and/or process Sales Orders and Invoices for customers
  • Coordinate efforts to meet AOG and Expedite needs until the part is delivered to the end customer
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Pilatus for all parts inquiries while monitoring open orders
  • Process the Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Process customer direct shipments from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd or vendor
  • Provide price quotes and process price/availability requests from customers
  • Research parts using the IPD, AMM, CMM, or other resources

What you bring

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in aircraft part sales or equivalent
  • Previous aviation experience and/or familiarity with industry requirements
  • Proficiency in general computer use and MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and utilize aviation technical software; working knowledge of Quantum a plus
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.15
