Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland

What you do

  • Resolution of military customer driven engineering issues in the avionic and electrical engineering domain
  • Desktop troubleshooting of customer queries including organizing and leading technical investigations, technical liaison with external suppliers of systems and equipment as well as technical liaison with Pilatus internal engineering departments
  • Management of engineering projects, including changes to type design
  • In-flight data processing
  • Publications maintenance

What you bring

  • At least 5 years' experience in on-aircraft avionics/electrical systems troubleshooting, or University Degree in aerospace, electrical engineering or equivalent, with 3 years' aerospace experience, preferably in a customer support environment
  • Customer liaison experience and experience in dealing with military customers is advantageous
  • Knowledge of certification requirements
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities and multitask
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (min. C1) is important, a working knowledge of German language is an advantage
