What you do
- Resolution of military customer driven engineering issues in the structural engineering domain
- Performing structural assessment of aircraft damages, via classic static stress and Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis
- Preparation of structural repairs and their substantiation
- Updating technical content of maintenance manuals
- Management of engineering projects, including changes to type design
What you bring
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in stress analysis or aeronautical engineering
- Around 3 years of work experience in the field of aircraft structural engineering, preferably in the field of customer engineering support
- Familiarity with MSC NASTRAN, FEMAP or similar packages is required
- Highly self-motivated personality with the capability of working with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritisation to meet a set schedule
- Fluency in written and spoken English with very good writing skills (min. C1), a working knowledge of German is an advantage
