What you do
- Regulate and update Pilatus Design Organisation Approval (DOA) processes in accordance with EASA Part 21 and EN9100
- Coordination of EASA DOA surveillance audits and annual meetings, including preparation, participation, tracking of findings/CARs and monitoring implementation of corrective actions
- Support the management of suppliers that perform design activities as well as support of the corporate quality department with the completion of internal audits of the design organisation
- Contribute to the regular Design Assurance System (DAS) monitoring meetings for reporting to the head of design organisation
- Liaise with EASA on design organisation related topics to continuously seek to improve and correct procedures
What you bring
- Bachelor degree in an engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of EASA Part 21 requirements and of the EN 9100 quality system
- Completion of an accredited auditing course is advantageous
- Experience in aerospace/aviation industry preferred
- Fluent in English and German is advantageous
- Good at decision making, negotiating and be able to work well under pressure
