Program Manager Government & Fleet Sales

Pilatus is hiring an experienced and results-driven Program Manager Government & Fleet Sales to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of sales programs related to fleet and government customers. What you do

  • Develops and executes sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for fleet and government customers
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, identifies their needs, and provides solutions that meet their requirements
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation, including engineering, production, finance, and legal teams
  • Oversees cooperative proposal process and guarantees punctual submission of required outputs
  • Keeps track of RFP releases, amendments, and updates on, Bid Prime, and other state and local sites
  • Produces reports, presentations, correspondences, and a variety of other materials as required
  • Attends trade shows, conferences, customer meetings, and other events to represent the company and promote sales programs
  • Processes and vets all sales leads
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to form sales strategies and tactics

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training and relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, program management, or related roles in the aerospace industry
  • Aerospace and Defense Industry, military, and/or law enforcement experience required
  • Experience working with proposals for government acquisition programs at local, state, and federal levels desired
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
