Your Tasks
- Material disposition between our Swiss and international locations
- Operational support of procurement for production and customer service in Switzerland
- Professional management of a growing team of currently 5 employees
- Methodical development of efficient cross-location strategies and processes
- Definition and execution of data analysis and reporting
- Contribution to the further development of our planning and control concept for Switzerland and our global network
With this you convince us
- A completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in material disposition, ideally in the aerospace or automotive/machine engineering industry
- Leadership experience or proven competence in developing and motivating a team
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and experience in optimizing ERP-supported material planning processes
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Resilient, reliable, and independent personality with an analytical mindset and strong assertiveness
