Your Tasks
- Maintaining departmental records and databases (including organizing archives)
- Managing executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Coordinating agendas, preparing meetings, and taking minutes
- Acting as liaison both internally and externally; serving as the first point of contact for Pilatus Ibérica
- Supporting administrative tasks, reports, and presentations
- Ordering office supplies for Pilatus Ibérica
With this you convince us
- Commercial or administrative education
- Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate and international environment
- High level of English (C1), German (B2/C1), and Spanish (fluent), both spoken and written, with a strong affinity for communication
- High proficiency with digital tools (MS Office) and common business software (e.g., Microsoft Teams); social media management (LinkedIn) is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) is a clear advantage
- Strong service orientation, reliability, flexibility, and absolute discretion
