Your Tasks
- Plan, manage, execute and coordinate the introduction of executive seats for the Business Aviation Aircraft
- Define, manage and control project plans, schedules and project program progress
- Identification and mitigation of project risks and monitoring of project cost analysis and continued cost improvements
- Monthly program reporting in Steering Committee meetings
- Manage project teams with a matrix setup within Product Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Pilatus subsidiaries
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to confirm project requirements and objectives
- Ensure a good reputation and high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with Business Aviation leaders for department wide strategy
With this you convince us
- Technical background with a degree on level FH
- At least 5 years practical experience within Program Management & Project Management in Aviation
- Experience within the aircraft industry
- Distinct coordination and planning skills
- Very good written and spoken English (C1) and German (B2)
- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility and communication skills
