Your Tasks
- Collaborate actively with internal departments and subsidiaries as well as manage assigned procurement projects
- Serve as SAP Super-User for procurement company-wide and support procurement staff with SAP-related issues
- Develop and maintain the global procurement system standards focusing on digitalization and automation
- Lead and support a Key-User network for procurement processes, including training new and existing employees
- Manage procurement master data and contribute to process optimizations and internal SCM training programs
- Assist the Head of Corporate Procurement with data processing, reporting, and preparing presentations and analyses for management
With this you convince us
- Commercial or technical basic education, with further training in procurement or a completed degree and several years of experience in procurement
- Project management experience and strong affinity for analyzing complex tasks
- Proficient SAP skills in S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement and Ariba, along with a strong command of common MS Office tools
- Business fluent English (C1) spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
- Efficient and detail-oriented working style with high productivity
- Constructive teamwork through good and communicative collaboration
