Your Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming technical publications tasks, manage allocation, and ensure timely handovers across teams
- Participate in project review meetings and recurring product meetings as technical publications stakeholder to align publishing priorities
- Maintain and update publishing plans, organize project and bilateral meetings, and ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure quality of technical publications and electronic checklists as well as oversee compliance with publishing standards
- Provide status reports, budget calculations and act as the point of contact for technical publications inquiries
- Drive initiatives such as database and specification migrations, technical publications processes upgrade, and modernization of documentation
With this you convince us
- Extensive experience with aircraft technical publications using ASD S1000D, preferably versions 2.3 and 4.1
- Strong knowledge of configuration management with experience with change processes and in-service modifications e.g. Service Bulletins
- Familiarity with the HiCo Suite or similar CSDB, Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM tool and Microsoft Office suite
- Background in aviation with experience working within a controlled, compliance-driven environment
- Fluency in English (C1) with excellent communication skills and German language is an advantage
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and compliance under tight deadlines and independently
