Your Tasks
? Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning processes
? Analyze the income statement, the cost structure, key production performance indicators (KPIs)
? Support business with financial modeling, investment analysis, and scenario planning. Enhance dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, BI, and planning tools
? Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
? Monitor and control costs, margins, and operational spending
? Acting as a point of contact for the parent company and other stakeholders on all relevant finance matters. Participate in annual audits

With this you convince us
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)
? +7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Audit
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
? Knowledge of SAP S4HANA (FI/CO, SD and PP) is a plus
? Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
? Fluent English skills (C1 level) in both written and spoken communication are a must
? +7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Audit
