Your Tasks
- Lead and manage end-to-end industrial construction projects (greenfield and brownfield) from concept to handover, as well as non-construction projects at later stages.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets and execution strategies aligned with the company's industrial roadmap.
- Coordinate feasibility studies, site selection and due diligence activities.
- Manage external architects, engineering firms and consultants, validating technical solutions and ensuring compliance with industrial, regulatory and operational requirements.
- Lead permitting, licensing and regulatory approval processes, acting as the main interface with local, regional and national authorities.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular reporting to senior management on project progress, risks and milestones.
With this you convince us
- A university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of industrial and construction environments.
- 7–10 years of experience in industrial construction, real estate or building project management, preferably within multinational or industrial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction processes, cost control, planning and regulatory compliance, with a hands-on and structured approach.
- Proven ability to manage permitting and licensing processes, as well as to interact effectively with public authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical, operational and business requirements.
- A results-oriented, proactive and autonomous mindset, with strong problem-solving skills, accountability and the ability to operate confidently in an international, fast-paced industrial environment.
