Your Tasks
- Define, lead and deploy the Manufacturing Engineering strategy for the Iberian region, aligned with industrial, quality and business objectives.
- Manage and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team, ensuring proper resource allocation, technical capability development and team performance.
- Lead the adaptation of aerostructure designs into work instructions, manufacturing and assembly guidelines, ensuring efficient and compliant industrialization.
- Oversee tooling management, including definition, validation, lifecycle management and continuous optimization.
- Coordinate activities related to cable loom and electrical workshop operations, ensuring proper industrialization, integration and production support.
- Drive the implementation, continuous improvement and standardization of aircraft industrialization processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, safety and cost performance.
With this you convince us
- University degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in Manufacturing Engineering within the aerospace sector, including proven team leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of aerostructure industrialization, manufacturing and assembly processes, tooling and electrical/cable loom environments.
- Experience in continuous improvement, process standardization and change management in complex industrial settings.
- Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, decision-making capability and a results-driven, collaborative approach.
- Fluent English (C1) required; ability to work in multinational environments. Native or advanced Spanish. German would be a plus.
