Your Tasks
- Lead and manage a team of highly qualified data analysts, scientists, engineers and architects
- Develop and oversee algorithms for our aircrafts within a comprehensive data services portfolio
- Deliver data insights to internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making
- Prepare senior management reports and briefings with clear, actionable insights
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with product management, logistics, customer support, IT and other units
- Handle leadership and operational responsibilities, including performance reviews, team meetings, recruitment and budget/workforce planning
With this you convince us
- University degree in engineering, data science or analytics, combined with at least 5 years of experience in aviation data analytics, aircraft health management or operations
- Solid leadership and management abilities, including coaching, team development and guiding teams through change
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills considered an advantage
- High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and delegation capabilities, ensuring effective prioritization and timely delivery of tasks
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multinational environments, demonstrating respect, teamwork and motivational skills in challenging situations
