Your Tasks
- Act as the operational right hand to the PMO Lead
- Support strategic development of the department by designing concepts that enhance scalability and foster continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional / transformation Customer Support Projects in collaboration with Team Leaders and Regional Managers
- Translate decisions into concrete actions (tasks, owners, deadlines) as well as maintain project plans, milestones, and action trackers
- Maintain the full project portfolio overview
- Track progress across all PMO initiatives as well as prepare management-ready reports and summaries

- Experience in project management / PMO
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable execution
- Very good command of English and German (minimum C1 level)
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset as well as calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional mindset and positive attitude
