Pilatus is hiring a Team Leader Parts Operations to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Sales Administration department as a working lead. What you do
- Performs the essential functions of the Parts Sales and Services Administrator role as well as training and supervising team members on department procedures
- Supervises and provides guidance to the Parts Sales Administration team
- Provides additional subject matter support to customers
- Ensures all invoices are posted daily and at month end
- Monitors and fulfills open customer orders on a daily basis
- Ensures timely responses to incoming inquiries and manages customer expectations
What you bring
- Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in aviation field
- 5+ years of technical experience related to aviation parts
- Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of FAA regulations required
- Purchasing and supplier experience highly preferred
- Advanced computer skills including MS Windows and MS Office Professional
