Your Tasks
- Perform non-destructive testing on aircraft parts made of various materials using the following methods:
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Radiographic Testing (RT) – optional
- Prepare inspection reports and inspection instructions.
- Create defect documentation and non-conformance reports.
With this you convince us
- Completed technical studies and experience in mechanical construction
- MT and PT Level 2 certification according to EN 4179 and additional methods such as RT, ET, VT, and UT are advantageous
- Level 3 certification according to EN 4179 is an advantage.
- Good MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge and fluent German or English, written and spoken; English minimum level B1
- Able to independently perform inspections according to instructions and specifications.
- Understands component and assembly drawings.and able to create inspection instructions
