Pilatus is hiring a QA Inspector to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of line replaceable units (LRU) on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 production and demonstration aircraft, in accordance with manufacturing specifications, approved procedures, and applicable FAA and FOCA regulations and standards. What you do
- Troubleshoots and maintains production aircraft as they progress through the completion process
- Inspects and maintains demonstrator aircraft and keeps in flight ready condition
- Records work progress in job cards, acceptance test procedures, and other production documents in accordance with company procedures
- Removes fairings and flight controls in preparation for paint and reinstalls upon completion
- Performs control surface balancing after paint
- Inspects incoming aircraft and parts as per FAA Certified Repair Station Manual (RSM) manual
What you bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
- Minimum two years of experience in PC-12 and PC-24 or similar aircraft performing general maintenance duties.
- Pratt & Whitney and Williams Engine experience or training a plus
- Knowledge of removing, balancing, and installing flight surfaces a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
