Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the Material & Repair Support team within customer support
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders for spare parts and repair services
- Ensure the reliable supply of spare parts and repair services to customers
- Manage material availability and plan for future customer requirements
- Monitor stock levels, lead times, costs and delivery performance
- Work closely with customer account management, procurement, logistics and operations to resolve issues and improve performance
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
- Several years of experience in aviation supply chain, customer support or a technical aftermarket environment
- Experience leading and developing a team, or strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support others
- Good understanding of spare parts, repair and material management processes
- Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels; German is an advantage
- Strong commercial awareness, customer focus and a proactive approach
