Your Tasks
- Lead and manage projects within the PMO framework, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Support process improvement projects, operational upgrades, and new initiatives.
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure targets are met
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
- Coordinate between engineering, production, and quality departments
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in both manufacturing operations and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and PMO processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with production planning, cost control, and operational KPIs
- C1 level in Spanish and English required; German language skills are an advantage
