Your Tasks
- Contact person for regional procurement teams (2nd-level support) in the area of SAP S/4 and SAP Ariba
- Handling and coordinating defects, incidents, and enhancements
- Support and test coordination for system adjustments and releases
- Ensuring the implementation of global S2P processes and standards in the regions
- Conducting key user training and creating standardized training materials
- Support and project management for regional rollouts and building a regional key user community
With this you convince us
- Commercial or technical basic education, with further training in procurement or a completed degree and several years of experience in procurement
- Project management experience and strong affinity for analyzing complex tasks
- Proficient SAP skills in S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement and Ariba, along with a strong command of common MS Office tools
- Business fluent English (C1) spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
- Efficient and detail-oriented working style with high productivity
- Constructive teamwork through good and communicative collaboration
