Apprenticeships

Here at Pilatus, we have a long tradition of excellence in training for young professionals – an area which has always been a high priority. Between 1999 and 2026 alone, over 800 apprentices completed their vocational training at Pilatus. 

In 2017, Pilatus was awarded the prestigious National Education Award in recognition of our commitment to vocational training. At our headquarters in Stans, canton of Nidwalden, we offer 14 attractive apprenticeship programs. We also run selected apprenticeship programs at our facility in Emmen, canton of Lucerne.
