Your Tasks
- Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market product enhancements and options for the PC-12& PC-24
- Identify product opportunities and recommend projects
- Distinct leadership skills supporting lateral management and active deputy function for the Director of Product Management
- Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps
- Manage baseline aircraft and options definition and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization
- Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collecting inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or program leadership
- Good understanding of the Business Aviation market
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, good negotiation skills
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
