Your Tasks
- Define and own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Training Systems (Aircraft, GBTS)
- Own the product end-to-end from cost baseline and business case assumptions through pricing and asking price definition
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements as well as lead product positioning, value propositions, and messaging by market segment
- Perform market and competitor analysis; convert insights into roadmap actions
- Provide solution configuration and technical content for bids; ensure compliant, compelling proposals as well as build investment cases and recommendations to support product decisions
- Plan and execute product launches and campaigns; govern high-quality collateral (datasheets, brochures, briefs) as well as work with the sales department to deliver concise briefs and demo content; support Sales-led customer engagements
With this you convince us
- Experience in product management and product marketing within aviation or related technical environments
- Degree in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering (electronics preferred); additional knowledge in business or economics is beneficial
- Exposure to modern training systems environments, including 4th and 5th-generation fighter aircraft, would be considered a plus
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges as well as comfortable working with a degree of autonomy, including in situations where interfaces or responsibilities are still evolving
- Self-driven, committed, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and efficient ways of working
- Very good communication skills in English are essential, German is an advantage
