Your Tasks
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aeronautical tooling and jigs using laser tracker and metrology equipment, and repair and resolve defects or dimensional deviations in tooling
- Analyse and verify geometric tolerances and alignments according to Pilatus specifications and drawings.
- Perform modifications and adjustments to tooling to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and record inspections result and tooling inventory, ensuring the traceability using ERP systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in equipment, machines and tools.
- Adjust and carry out minor modifications to tools, auxiliary industrial means, and jigs to optimize performance.
With this you convince us
- Professional experience (+5 years) as a maintenance technician in the aerospace or industrial sector.
- Education in industrial electromechanical maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ERP applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to new processes and technologies
- Team-oriented attitude, clear communication, effective collaboration with colleagues and ability to follow instructions accurately.
