Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the Integrated Logistics Support team within customer support
- Develop support solutions based on customer requirements and business needs
- Support bids, offers and long-term customer support contracts
- Forecast material and service requirements to support aircraft operations
- Prepare support cost estimates, financial analyses and forecasts
- Work closely with supply chain, technical support, sales, programme management and engineering
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Several years of experience in aviation, customer support, logistics, commercial management or a technical aftermarket environment
- Experience leading and developing a team, or strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support others
- Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
- Very good English skills and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels; German is an advantage
- Good understanding of Integrated Logistics Support, customer support or aircraft maintenance concepts
