Your Tasks
- Support the preparation of ILS inputs for aircraft and Ground Based Training System (GBTS) bids, proposals, and project documentation
- Help gather and organise cost data to support through-life / Life Cycle Cost estimates for a variety of ILS support scenarios
- Provide support in responding to internal and external customer requests related to ILS programme-specific topics
- Assist in maintaining and updating ILS documentation for ongoing support programmes
- Take part in improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing support solutions, optimising costs, and improving overall support proposals
- Support the review and analysis of through-life / Life Cycle Costs against contractual requirements for ongoing support programmes
With this you convince us
- An interest in aviation and a degree or vocational training in Engineering, Logistics, Support, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Some practical experience, such as an intership or up to a couple of years in a customer support, bids & proposals, or ILS environment, would be an advantage
- Comfortable using MS Office applications; any exposure to ERP or CRM Systems would be an advantage
- Good analytical thinking, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately with cost, financial, and operational data
- Very good command of English (minimum C1 level), with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing; German language skills would be an advantage
- A team-oriented, proactive attitude and an interest in continuous professional development
