Your Tasks
- Assembly of mechanical and electrical components in aircraft system integration in accordance with defined processes and quality standards
- Interpretation of engineering drawings, electrical diagrams and technical documentation for correct implementation in production
- Execution of system integration tasks including testing and corrective actions
- Contribution of production and quality improvement including execution of quality checks
- Support of the production team in achieving defined performance and quality targets
- Reporting of issues and improvement potentials to support continuous optimization
- Important: This role is initially located in Stans, Switzerland, with a mandatory three-year commitment. Following this period, the position will move to Seville to support the production line in Spain
With this you convince us
- Completed vocational training with several years of experience in aircraft assembly or system integration
- Strong understanding of system integration processes and technical documentation
- Solid IT user skills in common tools and systems
- Good English and Spanish skills
- High level of manual skills combined with a precise and quality-oriented working style
- Team-oriented personality with clear and respectful communication as well as a reliable and structured approach
