Pilatus Aircraft USA is launching a new PC-12 final assembly line in Sarasota, FL. We seek experienced assembly professionals to join the launch team, including 6–12 months of training in Stans, Switzerland, starting summer 2026. After training, you will help ramp up production alongside Mentors from Pilatus factory, and serve as our core technical experts, mentors, trainers and potential future leaders.

During your training in Switzerland, you will be trained for the PC-12 assembly line with an interdisciplinary training plan. After completion of approximately 6-12 months of advanced, hands-on training at Pilatus headquarters in Stans, Switzerland, you will be working directly within an established production line back in Sarasota. Launch Team members will work alongside Mentors from the Pilatus factory, serving as core technical experts, mentors and potential future leaders, supporting ramp-up of the Sarasota assembly line and training of new personnel.
