We seek experienced assembly professionals to join the launch team, including 6–12 months of training in Stans, Switzerland, starting summer 2026. After training, you will help ramp up production alongside Mentors from Pilatus factory, and serve as our core technical experts, mentors, trainers and potential future leaders.
