PROGRAM OF THE DAY – Identical Schedule on September 16th & September 17th

Start & Finish, Transportation

The programme begins at 08:30 and concludes at approximately 21:30.

Shuttle transportation will be provided between the recommended hotels and Pilatus in the morning, as well as to and from the evening events. More details and timings will follow in the coming weeks.

Factory Tour

The only fixed element of the programme is the factory tour. To ensure a smooth experience, you will be assigned a specific tour time in advance. During the tour, Pilatus engineers, experts, and leaders will guide you through the entire aircraft manufacturing process, from raw material processing to final assembly.

Speaker Sessions

Throughout the day, a series of short presentations will be offered for those who wish to explore specific topics in greater depth and engage directly with Pilatus leaders and industry experts.

These sessions are entirely optional and may be attended freely as part of the day's experience. To encourage discussion and interaction, capacity is limited to approximately 30 guests per session. Selected sessions will be repeated both the morning and afternoon.

• 11:00 | From Data to Decisions - Leveraging Data and Digital Intelligence (session repeated in the afternoon)

Afternoon Sessions

• 14:30 | Australia's Largest Hospital Waiting Room with the CEO of the Royal Flying Doctor Service

• 15:00 | From Data to Decisions - Leveraging Data and Digital Intelligence

Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. You are welcome to attend whichever sessions best match your interests and schedule.

Explore at Your Own Pace

Outside of the factory tour and speaker sessions, no appointments are required. You are welcome to explore any area of the event at their convenience, including:

• Interactive expert stations covering Customer Support (support model, new AOG command center & Crystal care), Digital Services, Sustainability (Sustainable Aviation Fuel), Supply Chain (material management, spares & exchange pool, logistics network), Interior Experience, and the Pilatus Apprenticeship Model (vocational training and education)

• The Interior Experience showcase, featuring innovative cabin design and visualization tools

• The newly certified PC-12 PRO Simulator and PC-21 Simulator

• Informal discussions with Pilatus leaders and subject matter experts in the Customer Lounge

• The modern hangar featuring the PC-12 PRO and PC-24

• A static display of historic Pilatus aircraft, including the P-2, P-3, and the legendary PC-6 "Yeti." The PC-21 will also be on display. As a special highlight, these aircraft will perform a fly-by demonstration towards the end of the afternoon.
   

Pilatus experts will be available throughout the day to answer any questions and discuss topics of particular interest.

Hospitality & Evening Programme

Swiss hospitality, regional cuisine, and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Following the daytime programme, we will be delighted to invite our guests to an evening of Swiss hospitality, where we can enjoy some of Switzerland’s highlights together and take the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.

The event will conclude at approximately 21:00. Shuttle transportation will be provided to return you to your hotel, or we will be happy to assist with alternative arrangements should you prefer to make other plans.
